What is the difference between Wedding Management and Full Planning?
Wedding Management is for couples who have already planned their celebration and want help coordinating the final details. Full Planning offers support from booking through wedding day, including sourcing, budgets, communications and design direction.
When does Wedding Management begin?
The initial meeting takes place four to six weeks before the wedding. The planning handoff begins during the week of the wedding.
Do your packages include assistants?
Partial and Full Planning include one lead planner and one assistant on the wedding day. Wedding Management includes one lead planner; an assistant may need to be added.
Do you plan parties and celebrations too?
Yes. BASH welcomes inquiries about private parties, showers, milestone birthdays and other celebrations. Exact scope and availability are discussed during inquiry.
Can we schedule a consultation?
Please submit an inquiry with your date, event type and contact information. The team can then follow up about availability and next steps.
Do you work beyond Pensacola?
Pensacola is our home base. Please include your event location in your inquiry so BASH can confirm travel and service-area availability.
Is there a party planning price list?
Party and event planning pricing has not been published here. Inquire about your specific event for an appropriate conversation about scope and pricing.
